Terms and Conditions

1. ApeX Grid-Tastic P&L (%) Battle is a trading competition hosted by ApeX Protocol on ApeX Omni that runs from September 23, 2024 at 10AM UTC to October 14, 2024 at 10AM UTC.

2. In order to participate, traders must register and deploy ApeX Grid Bot during the competition period and engage in automated grid trading on USDT perpetual contracts available on ApeX Omni.

3. Participants must have a minimum trading volume of 10,000 USDT during the competition period to be eligible for rewards.

4. Participants must have a positive balance in their account to register. If the total funds in both their Spot and Perpetual accounts are 0 USDT, they will not be eligible to participate in the campaign.

5. The first 50 participants who register for the competition will receive an Early Bird Bonus of 5 USDT. The total pool for this promotion is limited to 250 USDT and rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. The total prize pool for this campaign starts at a minimum of 2,000 USDT and can reach a maximum of 20,000 USDT.

7. The final prize pool is determined by the aggregate trading volume generated during the competition. As the total volume increases, higher tiers of the prize pool will unlock.

8. The top 15 traders with the highest P&L (%) will receive fixed USDT bonuses from the main prize pool, as outlined in the table above.

9. The remaining participants, who exceed 10,000 USDT in trading volume, have a positive P&L(%) at the end of the competition and are not among the top 15 traders, will share the supplementary prize pool.

10. The total supplementary prize pool for this campaign starts at a minimum of 100 USDT and can reach a maximum of 1,000 USDT. The final supplementary prize pool is determined by the aggregate trading volume generated during the competition. As the total volume increases, higher tiers of the prize pool will unlock.

11. If the rewards from the supplementary prize pool exceed the bonus awarded to the 15th place winner, participants in the supplementary pool will receive a maximum bonus equal to that of the 15th place winner.

12. The number of participants sharing the supplementary prize pool will depend on how many qualify (e.g., if 10 users qualify, the pool will be shared among 10; if 50 qualify, it will be shared among 50).

13. The campaign will be accessible on both ApeX web and mobile apps.

14. Only Grid Bots deployed after the competition starts on September 23, 2024, at 10AM UTC will count toward your trading volume in the ApeX Grid-Tastic P&L(%) Battle. Grid Bots deployed before the competition will not be included in the recorded volume.

15. USDT Trading Bonus rewards will be distributed to all eligible participants within 7 working days after the conclusion of the competition.

16. In the event of a delay due to technical issues, rewards will be redistributed within 30 days following the event's conclusion.

17. There are no restrictions on the number of participants who can join the competition.

18. Market makers are excluded from this event.

19. Participation in botting, cheating, or submitting duplicate entries will result in disqualification. Using multiple accounts will lead to forfeiture of rewards.
