TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"ApeX x Privy: Race for 200K" is a campaign run by ApeX Protocol on ApeX Omni from April 4, 2025, 10AM UTC to May 2, 2025, 10AM UTC.
The campaign is open to all first-time users who sign up on ApeX Omni using their email (a feature supported by Privy Wallet). Once successfully registered, users will be automatically enrolled in the campaign.
The total prize pool for the campaign is 200,000 USDT, which will be distributed across three tasks.
Task 1 offers a 100,000 USDT bonus pool. To qualify for the bonus, users must sign up on ApeX Omni via email, make a deposit of at least 100 USDT during the campaign period and transfer the assets from the Funding account into their Perp account. The bonus is calculated as 2% of the deposited amount. The maximum bonus a user can receive is 1,000 USDT, even if the deposit exceeds this amount. If the first deposit is below 100 USDT, the user will not qualify for the bonus, regardless of subsequent deposits. Bonuses are credited after passing security and risk control checks. Participants must ensure that their Perp account balance holds at least 50% of their initial deposit and that withdrawals do not exceed 50% of their initial deposit. Any multi-account activity or attempts to abuse the system will result in disqualification from the promotion.
Task 2 offers a 50,000 USDT bonus pool. To be eligible for referral rewards, inviters must sign up on ApeX Omni via email and make a deposit of at least 100 USDT during the campaign period. The inviter will earn 1% of the total valid deposit amount made by their referred users, provided the total sum of all deposits exceeds 100 USDT. The maximum reward per inviter is 500 USDT. Referral rewards will be calculated and distributed after the campaign ends. Multiple referrals from the same inviter are eligible, but the total rewards are capped at 500 USDT per inviter. Any attempts to abuse the referral system, such as using multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities, will result in disqualification from the campaign.
Task 3 offers a 50,000 USDT bonus pool. To qualify for the 10% APR, users must sign up on ApeX Omni via email and make a deposit of at least 100 USDT during the campaign period. A valid deposit is calculated as the total deposit amount minus any withdrawals made. The APR reward will be calculated as follows: Reward = Valid Deposit × 10% × (Hours / (365*24)). The maximum eligible deposit for rewards is 100,000 USDT. Rewards will be distributed after the campaign ends, following risk control checks to prevent abuse. Any attempt to manipulate the deposit and withdrawal system will result in disqualification from receiving rewards.
Task 1 rewards are expected to be distributed every week after the completion of the deposit and risk control checks. Task 2 (Referral Rewards) and Task 3 (10% APR) rewards will be distributed within 7 days after the campaign ends. In the event of any technical issues causing a delay, rewards will be redistributed within 30 days following the event's conclusion.
Rewards will be distributed in USDT bonuses that are non-withdrawable. While bonuses can not be withdrawn, profits gained from trading with the bonus can be withdrawn. If you initiate a withdrawal of funds from the account before the bonus is used, the unused portion of the bonus will be recalled.
ApeX Protocol reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the campaign rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
There are no restrictions on the number of participants who can join the competition.
Market makers are excluded from this event.
Participation in botting, cheating, or submitting duplicate entries will result in disqualification. Using multiple accounts will lead to forfeiture of rewards.
Users may only participate in one campaign at a time. If a user enters multiple campaigns concurrently, only the first campaign they signed up for will be considered valid.
