The registration and competition period for ApeX Lunar Dragon Chase begins on February 5, 2024, at 12 PM UTC and concludes on February 26, 2024, at 12 PM UTC.

How to Claim the Grand Prize of 100,000 USDC
There are 7 unique Dragon Ball NFTs for you to collect in order to claim the grand prize pool of up to 100,000 USDC! Each NFT is marked from 1-star to 7-star.
To mint 1 NFT, your trading volume must reach a minimum of $28,888. But here's where the thrill lies: each mint reveals a mystery Dragon Ball NFT. You won't know which one you've obtained until you unveil your minted treasure!
While the probability of acquiring any of the 7 NFTs remains the same, it's important to be aware that you may receive more than one of the same NFT. This adds a layer of complexity, making it a challenge to collect all 7 unique NFTs — your ultimate goal. But what's the journey without trials?
After you mint your NFTs, please note that your accumulated trading volume will drop by $28,888 for each NFT, deducted from your overall trading volume. Consider it as a trade-off, a sacrifice of volume for each mint. Yet, that's the essence of your journey here!
If you've built up a significant trading volume, you're in luck! You have the chance to mint multiple Dragon Ball NFTs in one go. This not only increases your chances of collecting all 7 NFTs but also saves on gas fees.
Fusion Phase: The ApeX Wood Dragon
Once you've collected all 7 unique Dragon Ball NFTs, it's time for the Fusion Phase!
During this phase, you can combine your set of Dragon Ball NFTs to create an ApeX Wood Dragon. This process involves "burning" one of each type of the seven Dragon Ball NFTs, effectively removing them from your collection.
In order to create the ApeX Wood Dragon, first push your 7 unique NFTs on-chain, next fuse. Owning an ApeX Wood Dragon is a mark of your trading accomplishments and entitles you to an equal slice of the grand prize pool.
The total prize pool will be activated based on the overall trading volume in the competition. To unlock higher-tier prize pools, the total trading volume among all registered traders must surpass the specific thresholds set for each prize level.
If you gather multiple sets of Dragon Ball NFTs, you can fuse each one separately. For example, with 2 complete sets of 7 Dragon Ball NFTs, you can receive 2 ApeX Wood Dragons and double your share of the grand treasure trove! The more ApeX Wood Dragons you generate, the greater your share of the rewards.
If you find yourself without the complete set of 7 NFTs or have duplicates, consider selling them on the secondary NFT marketplace. Stay ahead in the quest with our dynamic leaderboard, engineered to reflect your evolving NFT balance and overall standing! Your ranking on the leaderboard is contingent upon your Ranking Score, which is calculated as follows:
Ranking Score = (Number of Dragon Ball NFTs Held 1) + (Number of ApeX Wood Dragon Fused 50)
As you can see from the formula, the creation of ApeX Wood Dragons through fusion boosts your score significantly.
It's also important to note that our leaderboard dynamically adjusts with your buying and selling activities. Each time you acquire a Dragon Ball NFT from secondary marketplaces like OpenSea or you acquire an NFT from a fellow quester on Discord, your position on the leaderboard rises, reflecting your expanding portfolio. Conversely, selling an NFT reflects a lower ranking, indicating a decrease in your collection's size. For instance, if you initially mint 65 Dragon Ball NFTs but decide to sell 5 NFTs and later purchase 2 more NFTs, your total count stands at 62 Dragon Ball NFTs. By strategically managing your collection of Dragon Ball NFTs, you can significantly enhance your leaderboard ranking and stay up-to-date with your competitive standing.

The ApeX Lunar Dragon Chase is a trading competition hosted on ApeX Protocol, and will take place from February 5, 2024, 12PM UTC to February 26, 2024, 12PM UTC.
Participation is open to ApeX users who register on the designated campaign landing page.
The campaign and registration commence on February 5, 2024, 12PM UTC and concludes on February 26, 2024, 12PM UTC.
To qualify for participation, users must maintain a total equity exceeding 20 USDC or 20 USDT, encompassing maintenance margin, position margin, and available wallet balance. Equity from Trade-to-Earn, Staking activities and Smart Liquidity Pool will not be considered.
The campaign’s prize pool tiers are contingent upon the cumulative trading volume of all participants.
Both USDC and USDT contracts count towards a participants trading volume in the competition.
Participants can mint Dragon Ball NFTs for every $28,888 in trading volume accumulated.
The Dragon Ball NFT Scavenger Hunt will take place from February 18, 2024, 12PM UTC to February 25, 2024, 12PM UTC. The winner of the scavenger hunt will receive all 7 unique Dragon Ball NFTs in their account.
In the Early Bird Period between February 5, 2024, 12PM UTC to February 13, 2024, 12PM UTC, the first 500 participants to register for the competition are entitled to claim 3 free mints.
As a welcome bonus, by registering for the campaign, participants are entitled to claim 1 free mint.
Registered participants are eligible to earn free mints based on their cumulative deposit amounts during the competition period. The mint rewards are tiered as follows: a deposit of $1,000 entitles you to claim 1 mint in total; a deposit of $10,000 entitles you to claim 2 mints in total; and a deposit of $20,000 entitles you to claim 3 mints in total. The cumulative deposit amount will be tallied at the end of the quest, and the corresponding free mints will be distributed accordingly.
To be eligible for the ApeX Social Bonus giveaway, participants must sign up for an ApeX Pro account and complete specific social media tasks as outlined in the campaign. The sign-up period is from February 5, 2024, 12PM UTC to February 26, 2024, 12PM UTC. The prize pool for this task will be 2,000 USDC to be shared amongst 400 participants, each receiving 5 USDC. All participants of the ApeX Social Bonus giveaway will also be entitled to receive one free mint if they register for the Lunar Dragon Chase.
During the fusion period that spans between February 5, 2024, 12PM UTC, and March 1, 2024, 12PM UTC, users are eligible to fuse their 7 unique Dragon Ball NFTs, resulting in the creation of an ApeX Wood Dragon.
Holders of ApeX Wood Dragons will evenly split the prize pool post-campaign. For example, with a $50,000 prize pool and 10 Dragons minted, each Dragon is eligible to receive 5,000 USDC.
From March 1, 2024, 12PM UTC, to March 7, 2024, 12PM UTC, a data verification period will be in effect. In the event of any concerns related to the activity data, users may contact the official channels for resolution during this timeframe.
The reward collection phase will be from March 7, 2024, 12PM UTC, to March 28, 2024, 12PM UTC. It's important to note that the more ApeX Wood Dragon a trader fuses, the larger their portion of the rewards.
Your position on the leaderboard is calculated based on your Ranking Score [Ranking Score = (Number of Dragon Ball NFTs Held × 1) + (Number of ApeX Wood Dragons Fused × 50)]. This score reflects your NFT holdings and activities, and is subject to change with your buying, selling, and fusing actions. The leaderboard is updated hourly to accurately represent your current standing.
There is no restriction on the number of NFTs that can be minted by a participant.
All NFTs are limited to this event. Participants are free to trade their NFTs on secondary marketplaces such as Opensea.
In the event of a delay due to technical issues, rewards will be redistributed within 30 days following the event's conclusion.
