    Staking 4.0 — Migration to ApeX Omni and Enhanced Rewards in APEX

    ApeXers, we are thrilled to announce some major updates to our Staking program!

    These changes are designed to enhance your experience, improve tokenomics, and align with our long-term vision for the wider ApeX ecosystem. The Staking migration from ApeX Pro to ApeX Omni will be rolled out in two parts, and we're excited to share the details with you.

    Part 1: Transition from USDC to APEX Token Rewards

    Starting February 20, 2025, we're making a significant shift in how Staking rewards are distributed. Instead of USDC, rewards will now be paid out in APEX tokens. This change is a key step in strengthening APEX tokenomics and creating more value for our community.

    Here's what you need to know:

    • Weekly Buyback and Distribution: A portion of the ApeX Pro platform's fee revenue will be used to buy back APEX tokens from the market. These tokens will then be distributed as Staking rewards to our loyal users.

    • First APEX Reward Distribution: On February 27, 2025 the first batch of APEX token rewards will be distributed. This batch will cover the reward period between February 17 — February 23.

    • USDC Rewards: If you have any unclaimed USDC rewards from before the transition, don't worry—you can still claim them through the Pro version of our Staking Program.

    Additionally, on February 20, 2025, the Staking-related features on the ApeX Pro app homepage will be relocated. The Staking page entrance will be moved to the area used for the Campaign Banners for better visibility and easier access.

    Part 2: Migration of Staking Function to ApeX Omni

    The second phase of the Staking migration involves moving the entire Staking function to ApeX Omni. This transition will bring even more benefits to our users, including increased rewards and a more streamlined experience.

    By mid-March, we are anticipating to officially rolling out Staking 4.0 on Apex Omni. At this time, ApeX Pro will no longer host the Staking page or any Staking-related content. All Staking activities will be accessible exclusively on ApeX Omni.

    What's more, the staking rewards for Staking 4.0 will be based on the fee income of ApeX Omni, consequently increasing the reward value min 2 times.

    Why These Changes Matter

    1. Enhanced Tokenomics: By shifting rewards to APEX tokens, we're creating more utility and demand for the token, which benefits the entire ecosystem.

    2. Increased Rewards: Moving Staking rewards to Omni means significantly higher rewards for our users, thanks to Omni's growing trading volume.

    3. Streamlined Experience: Consolidating Staking on Omni simplifies the user experience and ensures all features are in one place.

    What You Need to Do

    • If you're currently staking on the ApeX Pro version, keep an eye out for the changes.

    • Make sure to claim any outstanding USDC rewards before the migration to ApeX Omni is complete.

    • Get ready to enjoy higher rewards and a more seamless Staking experience on Omni!
