4. Where can I find the campaign details? The campaign is displayed to users on the affiliate's invitation page, which is accessible only through custom referral links generated on ApeX's Affiliate Portal.

5. How do I generate a custom referral link? To generate a custom referral link, log into your account, click the "Create Custom Referral Link" button, fill in the required details, and submit for review. Once approved, your active link will be ready for use.

6. Can I customize my invitation page? Yes, you can customize your invitation page by changing your display name, avatar, and the welcome message in multiple languages from within your Affiliate Portal. Log in to your account, click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, navigate to your Account Profile, update all relevant tabs, and submit for approval. Once approved, your customized invitation page will be ready for use.

7. Does the campaign have an expiration date? The campaign does not have an expiration date; however, ApeX reserves the right to terminate or adjust the campaign without advance notice to any of its participants.

8. I want to promote this campaign, but I don't have any banners or collateral. What do I do? If you need banners or promotional materials, reach out to your account manager or contact us on Discord. Please include your affiliate ID for a quicker response and resolution.

For Users

1. Is this campaign available on ApeX Pro or ApeX OMNI? The given campaign is only available to new users depositing and trading on ApeX OMNI.

2. Who is eligible for this campaign? Any new user who is binded to an affiliate qualifies for the campaign. A "new user" is defined as someone who has not registered an account on ApeX or used our platform before. Users who have previously registered, but haven't made a deposit or traded, are also eligible for this campaign.

3. Can I participate in multiple bonus tiers, or is the bonus capped at the highest tier I achieve? The bonus is capped at the highest tier you achieve. You will receive the bonus associated with the highest deposit and trading volume tier that you meet the requirements for, but bonuses from lower tiers will not be awarded.

4. What type of trading volume counts toward fulfilling the volume requirement? Only the taker trading volume counts towards fulfilling the volume requirement. Maker volume does not contribute to meeting this requirement.

5. What happens if I partially fulfill the trading volume requirement? The trading bonus is an all-or-nothing condition. You must meet the full trading volume requirement within the 2-week period to qualify for the bonus. Partial fulfillment of the requirement does not make you eligible for a partial bonus.

6. What happens if I hit the Tier 3 deposit requirement but only the Tier 2 trade requirement? If you meet the deposit requirement for Tier 3 but only the trade requirement for Tier 2, you will receive the Tier 2 bonus. Both the deposit and trade volume requirements must be met for the same tier to receive that tier’s bonus.

7. What is the Trading Volume Deadline? Users must meet the trading volume requirement within 2 weeks of making their deposit. If the requirement is not met, the bonus will not be issued.

8. How long after meeting the deposit and trading targets will my bonus be issued? The tabulation of results happens in weekly increments. Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts every Wednesday, with the cut-off time for tabulation being every Sunday at 11:59PM UTC. If you meet the deposit and trading volume requirements by the cut-off deadline, your bonus will be distributed to your rewards center on the following Wednesday.

9. Is the bonus distributed on ApeX Pro or ApeX OMNI? Rewards are distributed on ApeX OMNI Rewards Center.

10. How long is the bonus available once the conditions are met? Once the trading volume requirement is met, the bonus will be available in the rewards center for 2 weeks. If the user does not claim the bonus within this timeframe, it will expire and cannot be reclaimed.

11. How can I use the trading bonus once it's credited to my account? The trading bonus can be used across all assets and trading pairs available on ApeX Omni. It gives you the flexibility to trade as you see fit, but remember that the bonus itself is non-withdrawable—only the profits you generate from trading with it can be withdrawn.

12. Are the bonuses withdrawable? No, the bonuses earned through this campaign are non-withdrawable. However, the profits generated from trading with the bonus can be withdrawn.

13. When can I withdraw profits? Profits made on your account are immediately available for withdrawal. However, any portion of the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn.

14. What is the policy on duplicate accounts or other forms of campaign abuse? Our platform strictly prohibits the creation of duplicate accounts or any other forms of abuse to claim multiple bonuses. Any accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be disqualified from the campaign, and bonuses will be forfeited. We reserve the right to take further action if necessary.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. This affiliate campaign on ApeX Omni runs from December 4, 2024, at 10AM UTC to January 3, 2025, at 10AM UTC.

2. Rewards will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the bonus pool of 100,000 USDT is depleted.
